Description
VIATEQ is hiring a Network Operations Analyst to support a prime contractor and government customer in Washington, DC. The role provides continuous 24x7x365 monitoring, event detection, triage, incident management, escalation, and resolution across enterprise network, infrastructure, application, and cloud environments. It is shift-based and requires rotating nights, weekends, federal holidays, government closures, inclement weather, and continuity-of-operations activations. The position requires 2–4 years of relevant operations experience, formal ITSM incident-management experience, shift-based operations experience, and current CompTIA Network+ and A+ certifications. Compensation is $115,000–$135,000, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
