Pico is seeking a highly experienced Network Operations Specialist to join their global team. This role focuses on maintaining the operational stability of Pico’s proprietary electronic trading network, PicoNet, spanning over forty locations worldwide. The specialist will provide critical front-line support across various infrastructure technology domains, including WAN connectivity, dark fibre networks, ultra-low latency trading fabric, edge connectivity, datacentre LAN networks, market data feeds, and bespoke client trading environments. Responsibilities involve diagnosing and resolving operational issues, performing triage and troubleshooting, monitoring network health, implementing changes according to change management policies, managing client and internal case queues, creating technical documentation, and collaborating with other technology teams.
