Description
The Network Operations Center Technician monitors and troubleshoots high-availability IP networks, messaging systems, and Air-to-Ground data communications equipment; tracks incidents, resolves moderate-to-complex issues, supports network solutions design and configuration, and provides customer guidance. This is a contract-to-hire, fully onsite overnight shift role in Annapolis, Maryland, scheduled to close on October 9, 2026, with pay of $27.00–$30.00 per hour and potential medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
