Long View is hiring an onsite Network Operations Centre Analyst in South Calgary to monitor and manage client infrastructure, network, application, security, and ITSM tools. The role handles incidents, service requests, SIEM triage, incident response, backups, changes, vulnerability remediation, physical infrastructure checks, and team mentoring, while working 10-hour shifts including weekends and rotating days, evenings, and overnights. Candidates need at least two years of experience with complex multi-tenant infrastructure, ITSM and monitoring tools, ITIL processes, security and vulnerabilities, client onboarding, and server technologies.
