Amazon is hiring a Network Operations Control Specialist to manage shipment workflows and volume across multiple Sort Centers from a centralized location. The role provides real-time visibility into site flows and performance, monitors customer-facing risks, supports risk mitigation, advises Sort Center Operations leaders, and uses data to reduce costs and improve customer experience. It is not remote and requires local availability in Tempe, Arizona, with a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, plus 40 hours per week and overtime as required. The position requires at least two years of Microsoft Office experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to perform physically demanding work during long shifts. Starting pay is $22.50–$23.35 USD per hour, with additional shift differentials and overtime possible.
