Description
Webbing is hiring a network operations professional to support the stability, reliability, and performance of its global telecom and IoT connectivity infrastructure. The role manages customer incidents and SLAs, troubleshoots complex multi-platform network issues with engineering teams and vendors, performs root cause analysis, documents resolutions, supports network changes and projects, and monitors performance. Required expertise includes IP networking, packet core, VoLTE/IMS, telecom signaling protocols, tracing tools, Wireshark, and strong communication and documentation skills; Linux/Unix experience is preferred. The position operates in a fast-paced 24/7 environment with on-call rotations.
