Description
Amazon is hiring a Network Operations Engineer for its Amazon Leo satellite network. The role provides tier 1 support for software-defined network services, responds to and escalates network incidents, supports deployment and onboarding of network infrastructure, monitors performance and uptime, develops operational tools and procedures, and manages severity 2 and 3 tickets during on-call rotations. Candidates need experience with large-scale infrastructure, modern programming, Linux/Unix, CI/CD, network monitoring and scripting, and cloud networking, along with U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee/asylum status.
