The Network Operations Engineer will operate and support multi-tenant customer network environments, troubleshoot firewall and switching incidents, implement production changes, maintain infrastructure, perform capacity planning, and collaborate with customers and internal teams. The role covers enterprise firewall platforms such as Fortinet and Palo Alto, traditional routing and switching technologies, and customer-facing managed services environments.
