Optiver is hiring a Network Operations Engineer for its Sydney office to support network, security, data centre, and international WAN infrastructure underpinning trading and business operations across the Asia Pacific region. The role covers infrastructure deployments, capacity and reliability optimization, LAN/WAN and security management, incident response, and collaboration with developers, researchers, and hardware engineers. Candidates need 3–8 years of operational network engineering experience, IaC and firewall expertise, knowledge of routing and transport protocols, and experience with data centre and international WAN environments.
