Description
The role is responsible for secure, low-disturbance network operations for customers and their international locations, including incident guidance, coordination with carriers and manufacturers, proactive problem prevention, and optimization, automation, and documentation. It requires several years of experience operating and troubleshooting complex campus, data center, or WAN environments, strong Cisco routing and switching and Meraki knowledge, structured troubleshooting, customer and technical communication, and fluent German and English.
