Technium is hiring an entry-level, full-time Operations Engineer L1 to identify, troubleshoot, resolve, and document network and security incidents in customer environments. The role requires switching, routing, and next-generation firewall expertise, strong analytical and customer-focused skills, and the ability to work independently and on cross-functional teams. It follows a four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts and includes on-call rotation with night and weekend work as needed; preferred locations are Massachusetts and South Carolina.
