Description
Zones LLC is hiring a Network Operations Engineer (L2 – SD-WAN) to support and optimize enterprise WAN environments. The role handles escalated L1 incidents, troubleshoots SD-WAN connectivity, routing, VPN, and application performance issues, performs root-cause analysis, monitors infrastructure, implements configuration changes, collaborates with L3 and vendor teams, and maintains documentation and continuous-improvement processes. Candidates need 5–6 years of network operations experience, at least 4 years of SD-WAN experience, enterprise multi-site WAN exposure, 24x7 support capability, and a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT; CCNA or CCNP certifications are preferred.
