Nex-Tech is hiring a Network Operations Technician to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems supporting internet, voice, and data services. The role includes troubleshooting outages, maintaining routers, switches, and network management systems, supporting network security and firewalls, assisting with enterprise customer environments, managing IP addressing and configurations, and collaborating with internal teams. Candidates should have networking fundamentals, familiarity with network equipment, basic security knowledge, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and an associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
