Télésat is hiring a Network Operations Technologist to implement and manage customer experience and support services for LEO satellite products. The role leads CSR/NOC and internal teams, develops implementation plans, integrates supervisory and BOSS systems, manages outages and project milestones, coordinates with sales, engineering, operations, and suppliers, and supports GEO/LEO transitions. It requires an Electronics Engineering Technologist Diploma or equivalent, at least three years of telecommunications and NOC experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to work in an office environment with occasional customer-site and travel work. The position is based in Gatineau, Quebec, with temporary work in Ottawa, Ontario, and requires Canadian clearance under the Controlled Goods Program and Reliability.
