Description
Seqwater is hiring a permanent Network Operator to monitor, operate, and control water supply across a large geographic region using SCADA from the Supply System Control Room. The role responds to emergencies and SCADA alarms, monitors water levels and quality, supports isolation procedures, and provides operational input for continuous improvement. It is based at the Creek Street office in Brisbane, operates on a 24/7 roster including weekends, public holidays, and some oncall work, and requires a Water Industry Operations Certificate IV or equivalent experience, hydraulics-related qualifications, and an unrestricted motor vehicle driver's licence. The salary is $99,264–$116,451 per annum plus superannuation, with allowances and overtime potentially applicable.
