Description

The Network Operator - IT Asset Manager will operate and develop the IT asset management system, CMDB, hardware, software, and license lifecycle processes, and integrate business units and asset classes. The role includes aligning business requirements, automating data-quality and process improvements, incorporating ISMS and BSI IT Baseline Protection requirements, and developing Splunk dashboards and reporting. It is an employed assignment starting 23 November 2026 for 12 months with an extension option, available in Berlin or remotely.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Completed degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Management, Telecommunications Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Required Previous Experiences: At least 3 years of professional experience in IT asset management, configuration management, lifecycle management, or comparable areas
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in IT infrastructure, networks, communications, or data center technology
Knowledge of CMDB and asset management solutions, ideally i-doit
Experience creating analyses, key figures, and dashboards, preferably with Splunk
Basic knowledge of information security management and BSI IT Baseline Protection practices
