Bimbo Canada is hiring a Network Performance Leader to develop and coach an Independent Operator network, improve operator capability and sales fundamentals, support training and certification, monitor route health and service compliance, and provide data-driven insights to distributors. The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in a CPG or Direct Sales Delivery environment, along with people-development, business-growth, sales-management, teamwork, and computer skills. The annual salary range is $70,000–$90,000, excluding discretionary bonus compensation and benefits.
