Description
The Network Planner will support the expansion of a global ultra-high-capacity backbone network by analyzing traffic capacity, developing optical transport and capacity plans, modeling network scenarios, designing resilient IP and optical networks, investigating routing and failure behaviors, and supporting fiber acquisition strategies. The role requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, at least three years of network planning experience in a high-capacity mission-critical environment, network design and modeling experience, Python programming experience, and knowledge of network topology and resiliency design.
