Description
Meta is hiring a Production Engineer for its Infrastructure Network Engineering team to design, deploy, and maintain multi-vendor, multi-protocol datacenter management networks. The role owns the full product lifecycle from requirements and RFC through design, proof-of-concept validation, configuration, and production operations; develops network automation and release-engineering code; establishes monitoring and health checks; manages vendor relationships and hardware evaluations; defines SLAs and metrics; and participates in oncall incident escalation. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience, six years of network engineering experience focused on design or architecture, and four or more years of higher-level programming applied to network automation or infrastructure tooling.
