Description
The Mental Health Provider Recruiter will expand the provider network in Latin America and the United States by recruiting and onboarding mental health professionals, matching clients with providers through a proprietary database, maintaining applicant and provider records, responding to inquiries, reviewing applications, communicating with hiring managers, and managing the caseload. The role requires strong English proficiency, database management experience, remote-work experience, and experience in a growing startup; 3–4 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience is preferred.
