Workplace Options is recruiting for its sister organization, Behavioral Health Systems (BHS), a Network Recruitment and Development Specialist. This remote, full-time role develops and maintains a behavioral-health PPO provider network, identifies and recruits providers, negotiates PPO rates, coordinates provider orientations, supports clinical and client-specific provider connections, researches market and competitor data, and contributes to proposals, marketing, public relations, policy, and reporting activities. The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, three years of provider relations experience preferably in a PPO/HMO or managed-care setting, strong communication and organizational skills, negotiation and problem-solving ability, familiarity with case management/utilization review and office software, and experience in mental health, public relations, presentations, or business services as preferred qualifications.
