Description
Cloudflare is hiring a Network Security Engineer to support enterprise customers with complex network security and performance issues across OSI Layers 3, 4, and 7. The role involves troubleshooting DDoS mitigation, firewall rules, SSL/TLS, network connectivity, routing, packet capture, and security configurations; advising customers; creating technical documentation; collaborating with Engineering and Product teams; and using generative AI and automation to improve incident response. The position is available in Singapore or Tokyo, Japan and requires at least four years of relevant experience, strong networking and troubleshooting skills, scripting and database knowledge, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
