MANTECH is hiring a Network Security Engineer for an onsite, full-time position in Chantilly, Virginia. The role provides Tier II and Tier III network security engineering support, designs WAN, LAN, and data center solutions, monitors and configures networks using SolarWinds, Cisco Firepower FMC, and Cisco ISE, maintains network diagrams and configuration baselines, coordinates with internal teams and sponsors, supports ITIL change and security monitoring processes, and delivers functional analysis and engineering packages for customer production IT environments. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in network security or a related technical discipline, CCNA or equivalent routing/switching certification, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification; DoD 8570.1/IAT III certification must be obtained within six months of hire. A current and active TS/SCI clearance is required, and the projected compensation range is $104,200 to $172,900.
