The role supports Level 2 network and telecommunications troubleshooting, network and voice infrastructure monitoring, installation and management of networking and security equipment, security scanning, performance testing, capacity planning, and security updates. Candidates need a four-year degree or equivalent work-related experience and five years of progressive telecommunications experience with medium-to-large infrastructure, switches, routers, and VoIP.
