The Network Security Engineer will work in a hybrid environment in Irving, Texas, managing and securing firewalls, network filters, VPN connectivity, intrusion prevention systems, network access controls, and DNS security across enterprise and cloud networks. The role includes threat research, vulnerability remediation, compensating controls, security policy development, risk management reviews, and collaboration with senior engineers on future architecture requirements. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, five years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or three years with a master's degree, and at least one entry-level network security vendor certification.
