Description
The SOC Analyst will support and operate security services for customers worldwide, handling incidents, changes, releases, capacity, vulnerability management, intrusion detection, application-level traffic analysis, and security solution configuration. The role also manages customer calls, escalates major security events, performs solution releases, and mentors newcomers and security associates. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, at least three years of professional experience including two years of IT or network security experience, strong security and network knowledge, troubleshooting and communication skills, and fluent English; French is a plus.
