Description
The Network Security Engineer will design, implement, operate, and harden secure network and security infrastructures across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include firewall, VPN, network segmentation, Zero-Trust, cloud-native security, incident response, root-cause analysis, monitoring, patch management, Infrastructure as Code, audits, and disaster recovery. The role requires at least five years of network or network security engineering experience, knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, NAT, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing, and practical experience with Azure or AWS, Kubernetes networking, and hybrid cloud environments. The position is based in Hamburg and uses a hybrid working model.
