Description
The role is responsible for network security in a campus environment, including network design standards, segmentation, access control, Zero-Trust architecture, switch, router, wireless controller, and access-point management, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and automation for switching and firewall infrastructures. It requires a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field, several years of enterprise LAN/WLAN design and network-security experience, knowledge of Cisco, Meraki, or Aruba infrastructures, NAC and authentication technologies, SIEM and network-monitoring knowledge, and strong German and English skills. The position can be based in Berlin, Düsseldorf, Kassel, Kiel, or Unterlüß, or performed fully remotely up to 100%.
