Description

EOA Technologies LLC is hiring a full-time Network Security Engineer Level 3 in Ft. Meade, Maryland to support a U.S. Government customer on a subcontract. The role focuses on analyzing complex hardware systems and network/security architectures, performing equipment procurement and testing, maintaining and deploying hardware across CONUS and OCONUS sites, and configuring network devices, firewalls, proxies, VPNs, and load balancers. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, have 17 years of relevant network security engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification, and at least three specified vendor certifications.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in communications engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience substituting 5 years of Network Security engineering experience for the degree.
Required Previous Experiences: 17 years of experience as a Network Security Engineer analyzing complex hardware systems for SIGINT solutions
DoD 8570 IAT Level III certification
At least 3 vendor certifications including Palo Alto PCNSA, Sonicwall SNSA/SNSP, Symantec ProxySG 6.7 Technical Specialist, or Cisco CCNA or higher
