Description
The Network Security Engineer will provide dedicated support for a financial-services customer, monitoring and managing complex network environments and collaborating with the customer’s internal teams, ITC NOC, SOC analysts, and vendors. Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, F5, and other network and security devices; managing incidents, changes, and service requests; supporting connectivity for trader platforms and cloud environments; maintaining documentation; and performing out-of-hours changes and escalations. The role is hybrid, with two days per week on-site at the customer’s offices in Central London, and requires strong network security, troubleshooting, ITIL, and communication skills.
