Description
The Security Operations Service Engineer supports and manages enterprise security infrastructure, including firewalls, VPN, proxy, IDS/IPS, and SASE services. The role handles monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, security policy and access-control changes, vulnerability management, root-cause analysis, compliance, audits, and major incident management, while collaborating with network, cloud, application, and SOC teams. It requires at least five years of Network Security Operations experience, specified certifications and technical knowledge, and is based at the Bengaluru office.
