Citizens Bank is hiring a Network Security Platform Manager to lead the strategy, architecture, operations, automation, and lifecycle management of its enterprise network security and load-balancing platforms. The role manages a global team of security architects and network engineers in the United States and India, oversees firewalls, proxies, load balancers, cloud-native security, Zero Trust, and micro-segmentation, and serves as the central owner for audits, regulatory reviews, vulnerability management, risk remediation, product roadmaps, and executive stakeholder communications. The position requires at least five years of network security experience and five years leading engineering or platform teams, with a preferred bachelor’s degree and certifications such as CISSP, CCNP Security, or CISM.
