Kerv Connect Cloud is hiring a Network & Security Support Engineer for a night-shift, remote role based in the United Kingdom. The position provides advanced support for network and security incidents and service requests, leads change requests and project tasks, performs maintenance and upgrades, manages ISP circuits, and troubleshoots complex customer environments. It requires 4–5 years of experience and expertise in SD-WAN, routing, security technologies, switching, ISP management, monitoring, and ITSM platforms, with knowledge of technologies such as VeloCloud, SilverPeak, Fortinet, Zscaler, Infoblox, Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, and F5.
