Meridian IT Inc. is hiring a Network Services Engineer to support the lifecycle of customer networking engagements, from onboarding through decommissioning. The role provides day-to-day LAN/WAN operations, troubleshooting, configuration, monitoring, documentation, change management, and customer collaboration, while working under the direction of senior engineers and managers. The position is remote but requires onsite support for customers in the Chicago Metro area. Candidates need at least one year of professional networking experience, fundamental LAN/WAN knowledge, and familiarity with Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking, firewalls, and standard troubleshooting tools.
