Description
The Network Technician performs software and hardware administration, security, connectivity, server, desktop, and network infrastructure support for the Compton Unified School District. The role includes troubleshooting, user assistance, configuration standards, server and network equipment maintenance, licensing enforcement, vendor coordination, documentation, and on-site analysis at school district locations and the central office. It requires three years of relevant experience, a baccalaureate degree in a related field or two years of additional experience, a California Class C driver's license, a personal vehicle, and auto insurance; MCSE, CCDA, and CCNA are encouraged.
