Description
The Network Support Employee will independently analyze, process, and resolve customer connection faults; monitor network systems; configure, administer, and document complex communication networks and end devices; provide third-level technical customer support; coordinate with customers and internal specialists; and ensure stable network operation. The role requires vocational training in IT system integration, system administration, or a comparable qualification, practical experience in network technology, system administration, or IT infrastructure, and knowledge of network components and communication systems. It offers permanent employment, a 38-hour work week, flexible working models, and mobile work by agreement.
