Description
AIO is hiring a remote Network Support Engineer to support POS deployments across client retail and restaurant locations. The role involves configuring and troubleshooting UniFi and other network devices, managing VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPNs, firewalls, and network monitoring; supporting site rollouts and on-ground deployments; resolving connectivity and payment-processing issues; coordinating with vendors and clients; and participating in an on-call rotation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of network administration or support experience, strong TCP/IP and UniFi knowledge, and the ability to work remotely while visiting the Islamabad office as needed.
