Description
Cytracom is hiring a Tier 2 Network Engineer to provide advanced technical support for ControlOne and network-related issues. The role involves customer-facing troubleshooting, remote diagnostics, network and ISP connectivity analysis, firewall and routing configuration, device provisioning, policy tuning, ticket management, vendor collaboration, and participation in an on-call rotation. The position requires strong networking knowledge, Wireshark and Zendesk familiarity, technical aptitude, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.
