Metro is seeking a Network Support / Office 365 Support contractor for a 24+ month onsite role in Los Angeles, California. The position provides Office 365 application support and PowerShell scripting, remote VPN support for telecommuters, Active Directory account creation and modification, and shared-folder and file-permission changes. Candidates need at least three years of experience with Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows file-server permissions, along with end-user troubleshooting skills; transportation industry experience is preferred.
