Description
Management Applications, Inc. is seeking Network Professionals for a DC Government Entity. The successful candidate will join an internal IT team reporting to a Help Desk Manager, working closely with the IT Director to deliver high-quality support and complete technology projects. This includes supporting existing on-premises infrastructure, developing Statements of Work, responding to alerts, preparing performance reports, providing technical support and training, ensuring cybersecurity, backing up servers, and provisioning/upgrading systems.
