Management Applications, Inc. is seeking Network Professionals for a DC Government Entity. The successful candidate will join a team of five internal IT staff members, reporting to the Help Desk Manager. Responsibilities include providing high-quality support for IT services, completing technology projects, and ensuring the safety and maintenance of the IT infrastructure. This includes developing project statements of work, responding to alerts, preparing performance reports, providing technical support and training, and backing up servers.
