Description
The Network/System Administrator will provide operational support and maintenance for central IT systems, including system provisioning, software distribution, operating-system and server-application administration, network and storage administration, backup systems, documentation, second-level end-user support, and IT projects. The role requires completed vocational IT training, several years of experience with Windows platforms, VMware, networking, and firewalls, and knowledge of enterprise technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp, and Next Generation Firewalls. The position is based in Mannheim and offers a home-office option, company pension, and other benefits.
