Description
Brightspeed is hiring an experienced Network Technician to support and maintain switching equipment, backup generators, special circuits, TIRKS systems, fiber and copper networks, transport networks, and central-office power in both Central Offices and the field. The role requires 3 to 5 years of switch technician experience, familiarity with inside and outside plant cabling, customer-facing service promotion, safety knowledge, and availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime during outages. The position may be hybrid, office, or field-based depending on business needs and individual circumstances.
