Description
The Network Technician maintains and supports ECRS network infrastructure, troubleshoots customer-facing infrastructure issues, and provides subject-matter expertise for WatchGuard products and related networking technologies. The role includes network discovery, configuration, implementation support, escalation management, cloud VPN and VM troubleshooting, ticket management, and customer-facing consultation. Candidates need intermediate knowledge of IP networking, routing and switching, Windows, and Linux, along with strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
