Description
The Network Technician will provision, operate, troubleshoot, and administer Citrix ADC NetScaler systems, including load balancing, content switching, Citrix Gateway, SSL certificates, access controls, LDAP integration, and multi-factor authentication. The role also covers LAN, WAN, and WLAN network components, infrastructure planning, documentation, updates, and patches. Candidates need vocational IT training, several years of Citrix NetScaler experience, basic network and Active Directory knowledge, German communication skills, and English technical-literature skills; relevant Citrix, network, and ITIL certifications are advantageous.
