Description
Nex-Tech is hiring a hands-on Network Technician to support and maintain technology systems for managed services clients. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs; providing onsite and remote support; monitoring network uptime and performance; administering systems; maintaining LAN/WAN equipment; tracking work orders and expenses; researching technologies; and educating customers. The position requires a high school diploma, one to three years of computer, peripheral, or network support experience, and A+ or Network+ certification or equivalent.
