Description
The role is responsible for designing, installing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining LAN/WAN/VLAN, internet, wireless, server, firewall, and peripheral systems; monitoring and resolving network issues; managing backups, disaster recovery, security, user accounts, and system capacity; and directing technical tasks for multidisciplinary teams. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar coursework and A+, MCP, or MCSE certification, along with at least five years of experience.
