Description
NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Managed Services Engineer (L2) to provide second-line managed services for client IT infrastructure. The role monitors work queues, investigates and resolves incidents and requests, manages changes and maintenance, supports automation and disaster recovery, and may contribute to project work. The position requires moderate managed services experience, knowledge of ticketing tools, a bachelor's degree or equivalent IT/Computing qualification, and CCNP/NSE 3 or equivalent certification; it is an on-site role.
