Description
Hewlett Packard Enterprise is hiring a Networking Support Engineer to provide technical support and operational expertise for enterprise networking products and solutions. The role diagnoses and troubleshoots moderately complex network issues, analyzes logs and packet captures, collaborates with internal teams, communicates with customers, maintains technical documentation, and may mentor junior engineers. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and typically 6–8 years of networking support, network operations, or enterprise network experience, along with knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, and VXLAN‑EVPN. The position is hybrid, requiring an average of two days per week at an HPE office, and is associated with South Korea.
