Description
The IT Network Service Owner owns the end-to-end performance, availability, security, governance, and lifecycle of global network services across LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, firewalls, load balancers, and connectivity. Reporting to senior IT leadership, the role leads network strategy and roadmaps, global delivery teams, NOC operations, vendor and MSP performance, incident response, capacity planning, compliance, automation, and service improvement. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least 12 years in network engineering or network operations, extensive enterprise networking and ITIL experience, and essential certifications including ITIL 4 Foundation, Cisco CCNA, and one advanced network certification.
